Bajaj Plast FR MB021PE is a masterbatch formulated in PE carrier resin added to inhibit / retard the ignition/burning of the plastic.They reduce smoke formation and prevent the material from melt collapse (anti dripping). When plastic burns, long-chain molecules of the polymer chain are degraded into smaller hydrocarbon molecules and flammable gases, such as free radicals, FR additives act swiftly to halt exothermic processes by trapping high-energy free radicals. that retards the burning of plastics , reduces flame spread and heat release thereby allowing more time for humans to escape and minimizing loss of property.
